"It is an absolute pleasure to recommend Cathy Griffin to handle the sale of a home thorough an estate. Last year, my sisters and I lost our father. He left us his house in Delmar, which was also our childhood home. As the administratrix of his estate, I was responsible for selling the house. This could have been an emotionally draining, time consuming and miserable task. But, I called Cathy. I have known Cathy socially since I was a teenager growing up in Delmar.
