There are obviously times where we didn’t want to do some of the clean-up such as cleaning up pantry and master bedroom closet, your constant push in the most professional but persistent manner made the difference. In terms of communication, I know you have best in class follow-up with agents who showed the house. I am personally a big fan of open houses so to find an agent who is aggressive to do open houses was very refreshing. When we did get an offer, the urgency you created around other prospect buyers and getting them to communicate their best offer was very well appreciated as welL "
