I know you were on the board of assessment review in 2015 when I had to go to the board and argue for my home assessment. I found your questions very logical 8, approach very methodical. Later on, when I did list the house with you & the fact that other agent that I had engaged in discussion as another prospect came to your broker’s open at the house is the biggest testimony to your reputation. I think it is often an overlooked aspect of what a seller agent brings to table. Listing process was quite seamless, you provided some really invaluable insights on staging. Personally I think that makes a huge difference. The services you provide by even helping in stages with respect to bringing in your staging material is quite fantastic. I know during the process a lot of sellers are under quite a bit of financial restraints and spending hundreds of dollars on staging material might not make most sense but I think it makes a big difference. Your connections in getting some preparatory work done was very helpful. I know the painter had no time for my house but he made time because of your reputation & involvement. There are obviously times where we didn’t want to do some of the clean-up such as cleaning up pantry and master bedroom closet, your constant push in the most professional but persistent manner made the difference. In terms of communication, I know you have best in class follow-up with agents who showed the house. I am personally a big fan of open houses so to find an agent who is aggressive to do open houses was very refreshing. When we did get an offer, the urgency you created around other prospect buyers and getting them to communicate their best offer was very well appreciated as welL "
